Gentle Yoga In-Person
Join yoga instructor, Meg, for a gentle yoga class to help you decompress, unwind, and relax. Meg is a fun and creative yoga teacher who brings a lighthearted, welcoming energy to every class. Her gentle yoga sessions are designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. With her playful approach and soothing guidance, Meg makes each practice feel uplifting, relaxing, and accessible for all levels. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, calm, and smiling. Be sure to wear comfy clothes that you can move in, and bring your own yoga mat or towel.
A minimum of 5 participants is required to run this class. Your registration helps us confirm the event. If we don't meet our minimum, we'll reschedule the class and let you know at least 24 hours before the class.
Cost: $5 per participant. Payment can be made at the library with card, cash, or check made payable to Hooksett Library.
