About The Sage Heart:
The Sage Heart is a non-profit organization focused on compassionate care, support and education related to end-of-life issues. Co -Founders Lisa Cassidy and Carmen Peace are seasoned, professional hospice RN's with 3 decades of collective experience caring for the members of our community at end-of-life. Their mission and vision are to serve the community and its members through and beyond end-of-life by offering bedside care, death-related education and service activities to enrich and inform.
